The Steel Valley Postal Customer Council (PCC) aims to foster a close working relationship between the United States Postal Service and local business mailers by sharing information as well as exchanging ideas about new and existing USPS products, services, programs, and procedures that affect local business mailers.

The Steel Valley PCC exists to help businesses that mail with the US Postal Service keep up with changes and updated procedures within the US Postal Service as it relates to their business mailing. Also, we work to foster relationships between the US Post Office and local businesses that use the mail to conduct their business, and provide a forum in which members can exchange ideas and information to help each other. Our members come from all over the Steel Valley, including Youngstown, Warren, Salem, Columbiana, East Liverpool, and Pittsburgh. Keep an eye on this space to be updated on future events.

The Steel Valley PCC board meets on the second Thursday of each month to discuss ideas and offer educational programs, seminars, and vendor events. These events are all created with the goal of helping small and large business mailers find ways to take better advantage of the latest postal information, resources, and tools in order to help their business.

Members of the Steel Valley PCC learn the most profitable and effective ways to market their business through the mail from postal experts and USPS employees and have the opportunity to share ideas, insights, and best practices with other local business mailers.
