He is also the Executive Director of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA), a member of the Greater Baltimore Postal Customer Council (GBPCC),and serves on the PCCAC Strategic Innovation Sub-Committee. Renowned for his compassionate leadership, Floyd empowers and motivates his teams and audiences alike. His extensive experience in project management and branding, coupled with his expertise as a speaker, makes him a staple at industry events like PCC, Postal Forum, MAILCOM, and MSMA conferences, where he delivers impactful keynote speeches.
