About the Steel Valley PCC

Postal CodeThe Steel Valley Postal Customer Council (PCC) aims to foster a close working relationship between the United States Postal Service and local business mailers by sharing information as well as exchanging ideas about new and existing USPS products, services, programs, and procedures that affect local business mailers.

The Steel Valley PCC board meets on the second Thursday of each month to discuss ideas and offer educational programs, seminars, and vendor events. These events are all created with the goal of helping small and large business mailers find ways to take better advantage of the latest postal information, resources, and tools in order to help their business.

Members of the Steel Valley PCC learn the most profitable and effective ways to market their business through the mail from postal experts and USPS employees and have the opportunity to share ideas, insights, and best practices with other local business mailers.
